Shipping policy
Items are dispatched via our courier company APC overnight via a 24hour tracked service
We dispatch items Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays)
If small package delivery has been selected but does not contain ribbons only, this will be sent on a 48hour tracked Royal Mail Service.
Please note that once your order has been processed, no changes will be accepted.
Please be extremely careful when entering your address for shipping and billing. Any correction in an address that a carrier has to make once the package has left us, results in a charge that will be applied to your card if you gave an incorrect address. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Payment is to be made in full at the time of ordedring. Please check the item details for the dispatch information. You will receive tracking information once your pre-ordered item is shipped. All items that have been ordered along with the pre-ordered items will all be shipped together unless you instruct us otherwise. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could impact product availability. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays or cancellations. Pre-orders can be cancelled if not fulfilled within the expected time frame and you will receive a full refund.
Damaged items: If any of your items arrive damaged please send an email to candsfloraldesigns@yahoo.com with photos of the damages. We will either replace the item if still in stock or issue you a refund. We will reply to your email with return instructions.
